Labeling and Packaging ...
On receipt of the principals’ sealed, unlabelled products, Pharmaserve stores them in its quarantine area for an initial quality control inspection, prior to release for processing. This quarantine process is also applied to the packaging components.
The products will then have wraparound labels applied by an automated process, which will also print the dates of manufacture and expiry and the batch number on the labels.
The labeled products are then manually packed into cartons, together with any required inserts. Pharmaserve will customize overprinting of cartons, where there are specific information requirements for certain countries.
The printing technologies employed are ink-jet and or/ hot foil.

CGMP standards are adhered to throughout all stages of Pharmaserve’s operations, ensuring that the highest levels of quality assurance are maintained.
